1.Avoid the sun, please! Yes, you read it right. Try to keep your leather items away from the sun for it not to become brittle. You do not want your jacket or bag to deteriorate or crack, right? The sun may cause drying, the natural oils of the leather may start evaporating and Voilà! It is already cracked and has lost its beauty and attractiveness. Sunlight can have a drying and fading effect to leather.
2.We are sure you are not using your leather items ALL the time, right? So when you are not using them try to keep them in a cooler place, just like expensive wine.
